The Cecil College Art & Design Program invites you to experience the solo exhibition, Garden of Dreams by Laura Douglas Howell and attend the opening reception.

Inspired by the color and shapes in nature, the works in this show evoke the emotion of sitting in a garden. Through abstraction, the artist uses a combination of shapes, movement, and riotous color to express the beauty and randomness of gardens and the many environments in which they exist.

Exhibition dates:
June 12 through August 9, 2026.
Opening Reception: Friday, June 12, 6-8 p.m.
Artist opening remarks at 6:30 p.m.

To enjoy the exhibit, stop by the Milburn Stone Gallery during the following hours and during Milburn Stone Theatre performances: Monday – Thursday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
