Cecil College Art & Design is proud to present works by Cecil College faculty Lorraine Haggard. 

Lorraine Haggard is a classically trained visionary artist and art teacher who has always cherished the intimacy of miniature paintings. The secret of miniature art for Lorraine is the intimacy that is experienced when you surrender to the miniature that has drawn you in with its gentle allure. Come and enjoy the subjects that Lorraine loves in many different mediums.
