The Cecil College Art & Design Program invites you to experience the solo exhibition, Un-Becoming by Lindsay McCulloch and attend the opening reception.

Lindsay McCulloch’s mixed media paintings explore autobiographical subject matter through abstraction, investigating themes of femininity, body, domesticity, craft, motherhood, and memory. Through cutting, layering, folding, and building out surfaces, she visualizes the struggle to move past pre-existing structures and categories to exist freely in the moment.

Exhibition opens August 14, 2026

Opening Reception: September 18, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. with artist opening remarks at 6:30 p.m.

Exhibition closes: October 16, 2026
