Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Cecil County is a gift giving book program open to all children ages 0 – 5
living in Cecil County. The children receive an age appropriate book mailed directly to their home once a month.
There is never a charge to the family for this wonderful early childhood literacy program. The all volunteer
committee registers the children and is responsible for raising the funds to pay for the books and mailing.
