The 6th annual “Winter Lights, Cecil Nights” festival is from January 8 – March 19, 2026 in the Town of North East! This is a campaign to support our Main Street shops and restaurants (and chamber members) during the tough winter months. We’re lighting up the town, lifting community spirits, and creating compelling reasons for folks to come to North East, MD in winter. Come have winter-time fun with us!

– Mar 6 Winter Bash & Glow Dance Party
